Have you ever heard of hepatitis A? If not, let me tell you that it is a kind of liver infection or you can say that liver disease. It is a contagious liver infection caused by hepatitis A virus. There is no specific treatment for hepatitis A. Recovery from the symptoms and weakness can take several months. There is no treatment but vaccination is there. There are two types of vaccines for this. One is inactivated hepatitis A virus or live but attenuated virus, both provide active immunity against future infections.
